Internet Bidding Terms & Conditions

A letter of guarantee of funds from your financial institution must be submitted to Switzer Auction 48 HOURS prior to the sale date. NO EXCEPTIONS.

As an online buyer it is your responsibility to ensure you are bidding on the correct item. If you mistakenly purchase the wrong item, you own the item and payment will be required.

Terms: E-Transfer, Wire Transfer or Direct Deposit

It is the buyers' responsibility to ensure their credit limit is high enough to ensure they have the ability to purchase the items they have chosen.

There will be a 3.5% Buyer Fee charged to a maximum of $3000 per lot plus GST and PST.
