Terms & Conditions of Auction

• A letter of guarantee of funds from your financial institution must be submitted to Switzer Auction 48 HOURS prior to the sale date. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• U.S. Funds will be handled at the current exchange rates.
• Terms: E-Transfer, Wire Transfer or Direct Deposit
• All sales are final. No Exchanges. No Returns. All goods are sold as is, where is and with all faults.
• All applicable taxes are added to the price of the items.
• NO removal of goods until full settlement is made.
• The description of goods is a guideline only. No warranty or guarantee is implied regarding year, condition, description, etc. The auctioneer or the owner is not responsible for any errors in description, condition or missing parts. Buyers should inspect each item to their satisfaction.
• Sale Listing is subject to additions or deletions.
• Proper license and insurance coverage is the buyers responsibility for any purchases.
• Switzer Auction Service or owner will not be responsible for any accidents at the sale site.
• Switzer Auction Service reserves the right to refuse any applicant the privilege of bidding and may revoke such privileges at any time.
• Any disputes arising in the bidding shall be determined by the auctioneer at their sole discretion.
